Double head confectionery machine DAC600

The DAC 600 Double Head Confectionery Machine is designet for the production of various types of biscuit products. The applicationof two heads allows for two types of iscuits to be produces simultaneously, for example two-colour biscuits, filled biscuits and decorated biscuits.

The machine is designet for pressing crunchy biscuits out with a roller. Exchangeable rollers permit the production of various shapes of biscuits. Operation of the M 60 Sandwicher involves applyng fresch cream onto the lower biscuit and covering it with the upper one and pressing them together to achieve permanence and equal height. Biscuits of the same thickness are futuher transported by the conveyor in a position suitable for packaging in carboard boxes.

The attachment is designed for application of marmalade, cream or jelly onto the biscuits. Plates with biscuits are automaticaly conveyed by means of conveyor belt. The machine stops at each row of biscuits and doses identical quantity of the decoative coating stored in the charging basket.
